The 6th day of the Transitional Curriculum at *FIMS,SGT University* was a dynamic and inspiring blend of knowledge-sharing, critical thinking, motivation, and fun, showcasing the university's commitment to holistic student development.

The day began with *Ms. Mehreen, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Behavioral Sciences,SGT, University ,who set the tone with an engaging session that provided valuable insights into the field. This was followed by a thought-provoking discussion on **Critical Thinking, led by **Ms. Shweta*, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Behavioral Sciences,SGT, University, Both sessions emphasized the importance of analytical skills and self-awareness in today's complex world.

Adding to the academic rigor, *Dr. Dipika Yadav, Associate Professor in the Department of Kayachikitsa, FIMS,SGT, University,delivered a comprehensive lecture on **National Health Status, Goals, and Policies*. Her expert perspective illuminated key aspects of healthcare and policy-making, encouraging students to engage with national health challenges and solutions actively.

We are thrilled to announce an inspiring motivational lecture on the theme "Learn to Grow" by the esteemed Dr. Vaishali Mali , Assistant Professor in the Samhita Department, CBPACS, Khera Dabar, Najafgarh.Dr. Vaishali Mali will enlighten us with her profound insights on the importance of learning as a continuous journey in personal and professional growth. This session empowered students, faculty, and enthusiasts to embrace lifelong learning as the key to achieving success and making a positive impact in their lives and the community.

The day's excitement continued with a *Club Introduction Session, conducted by **Ms. Vidusi*, Deputy Director of the DSW Department,SGT, University,Students learned about the diverse clubs and extracurricular opportunities available, fostering a sense of belonging and enthusiasm for campus life.

Finally, the senior students from the *Faculty of Indian Medical System (FIMS)* hosted a lively session of *recreational activities*, ensuring that the day ended on a high note with laughter, camaraderie, and lasting memories.
